Please read our Wholesale Ordering Guidelines before placing orders:

1. Free Samples!

New and existing accounts can ask us for samples of our bread at anytime. Just let us know on our order line or email and we will deliver them to you at no charge!

2. Credit Form Application

Complete and return our Credit Form Application by mail, fax, or email

3. Payment

All new accounts will be temporarily placed on C.O.D. basis for the initial 60 days of your new account. Deliveries made during that time must be paid in full via cash or check. After 60 days, different billing terms can be discussed.

To guarantee your delivery, we must receive your bread order no later than 9:00 am the day before. Our daily dough & baking schedule does not permit us to add to orders throughout the day. 

Since our office is not opened on weekends, orders for Monday must be made by 3:00 pm on Friday.

5. Cancelled Orders

Order cancellations also need to be made by 9:00 am the day before delivery, otherwise you are subject to being charged in full for the bread made. Again, our baking schedule does not permit us to change order once our day has begun. There is no charge to cancel your order prior to order deadline.

6. Office Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30am

Saturday & Sunday - Office closed (We still deliver though!)

7. Holiday Schedule

We deliver 363 days a year: No delivery on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.
